sims 4 corrupted file I can't find

Help my Sims 4 isn't working due to a file that I can't find anywhere! It's called picker_interaction. I'm under the impression it doesn't even exist..? I tried to look it up in my folder but it doesn't show up. I feel like the file may still be there even when I can't see it.
