Sims 4 crashes randomly during gameplay

So, I've been having this issue with my Sims 4 and it's been acting up ever since I finally got it to work. Usually, I get to play for a good amount of time for about a few hours, the longest being around 3-4 hours I think. But usually, it's got in the habit of only one hour and it's starting to irritate me because I constantly have to save almost every second. After all, I don't wanna lose progress. 

I don't know if this is important or not but it recently closed out twice during my infant reaching a milestone, and I don't know if that's a possible cause because it only happened twice.

I would love it if someone helped me through the process, I have over 6K mods and I'd hate for that to be the problem. My gameplay is smooth, the only thing slow is just the load-up time and build mode when you click an object. Here's my dxdiag by the way.
