Sims 4 error with inserting an item from the gallery

Hello, I have a problem with the game. I wanted to reinstall the game and save my home to the gallery. now the game crashes when I try to place it on the lot. When I try to put it on without any hardware, it works. I am asking for help because I would like to regain the house as I saved it
