I have a 4 unit rental property. My sim lives on property. She is not receiving full rent payments. Every unit is 4 stars, but when asking the renters their opinion they’re unhappy. The maintenance score is still poor and she does checks daily on every appliance. She’s even upgraded multiple appliances and then one unit broke their lease! Right after I upgraded an appliance of theirs! I don’t understand what more she could do to make them happy…and now she has been sued twice for unlawful eviction when she only *justly evicted* one tenant when they broke a rule for the third time. What the h is going on??
