I downloaded the sims 4 for rent pack however I am unable to access any of it. It is saying that the pack will not be ready until it’s finished downloading. I restarted the game and checked that it is in fact installed but it won’t budge.

@DoctorClara61 Are you playing with any mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, see what happens after you drag that folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache. (Don't save, though! Or test in a new game.) If that solves your issue, head to Broken/Updated Mods .

Rosepuckett, I reinstalled everything again last night and still not working I can't get into any of my games or worlds to resume play nothing it just keeps bouncing me back out to the worlds, there is a screen that pops up with sul sul Dee Kay and it won't get past that.

I repaired the game
Uninstalled EA app reinstalled
Cleared cache
Restarted computer
Downloaded from manage add ons
NOTHING, seems to be working please help 🙏🏽. I am afraid to Uninstaller the whole game because it may not let me install it back. 😢

I don't play with mods. I hope they can give me an answer this stinks alot 😩
@librati10 Mods are highly unlikely to cause an initial installation issue. I'm sure they can find some way you can get the pack installed!
Make sure your game updated. Also repair your game or reinstall all pain. But works sometimes.
