sims 4 game mods/saves suddenly not working

hi, so im having a problem with my sims 4 game

where one day it was perfectly fine had all my saves, had all my mods but then the next day nothing was there the game began to treat me as a new person.

all my mods are in the correct area, with resources file is still there as well.

but they won't show up in the game despite my mods being allowed, another thing thats weird is that despite my clicking yes for the mods content to pop up when i start up the game, it doesnt, and it won't show anything in the game either.

to add on now origin is treating my account as if im a new player with all my saves gone as well.

yes my one drive is off, i use a pc for playing the sims, i have plenty of space to hold the game + mods, and no i cant try the renaming save files because they arent there suddenly

ive tried to repair the game, update it, uninstall and reinstall now, ive tried to move my mods folder to my desktop and make a new one show up put all my mods back in and still nothing. i even tried to make a new sims 4 file, so if anything was missing or corrupted it would be removed and replaced with a completely new file.

ive looked up forums with solutions that just havent worked for me, and im wondering what to do at this point, im fine with my saves being gone i can get over that but mods not working is another thing and i would just like to fix that.
