It seems to be loading only script mods. It is not loading custom content mods. I'll attempt to add both photos... was having problems before.
@tenoddcats Just to be sure, you've enabled both custom content and mods, as in, both boxes are checked, within the game options? Please check in case one box has become or remained unchecked.
If that's not the issue, please set exceptions in your antivirus for Sims 4 and the EA App. There are different ways to do this with a third-party antivirus; here are a few examples:

If you only use Windows Defender, either disable Controlled Folder Access or set exceptions for the game and the App there.

The only thing I'vce noticed different about my setup is my files are located in OneDrive. However, I've actually turned off OneDrive because it tends to mess up my system. I uninstalled it once and had to wipe and redo my Windows.
