If you got it to work please tell me how you fixed it bc I'm having the same problem and have no idea how to fix it
I stripped everything out. No Mods, No CC, No Save Games, No Tray items,, Cleaned App Data local and roaming of any EA temp folders, removed Sims 4 and the EA App. Fresh install of Sims 4 and EA client App... with nothing else. Still get white screen for Chestnut Ridge "Horse Ranch" after clicking on map icon. So please, do not suggest I check my Mods. I do not have any mods stored on this machine. The issue is either with a recent Sims 4 update or the pack Horse Ranch.

I had the same problem,now as for the 2 Chestnut Ridge neighborhoods I think that's a EA problem. I will tell you what I did because now I can finally travel in and out of Chestnut Ridge. First of all I took out my mods and I made sure no active Sim is living in either neighborhood then I exit my game and did a repair through the EA app and this is was solved my traveling problem. I really hope this helps.
