Sims 4 keeps crashing when I click on 'New game'

Hi! After I installed some CC for eyes and hair, my game crashes when I click on 'New game'. Whenever this happens, I get an error notification from the Sims Delivery. And for some reason, 'Enable Cu...

Still crashes when the game loads.

Okay. Here's a sequence for you to try:

  1. Back up your Saves, Mods, Tray, Screenshots, and Videos on your desktop, in case they aren't still there.
  2. Delete the folder Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
  3. In the EA App/Origin, repair the game files
  4. Start the game
