Yes - I removed my mods folder and the problem stopped yet I have checked and none of my custom content is broken , I’ve just double checked , unless it’s a mod. But it happened again to one of my sims as they aged up from child to teen. What’s strange is that none of the other sims who aged up have had this problem.
