Sims 4 neighborhood stories ghost baby?

So my elder sim (female) died. The next day her son gets a call from her asking if she should expand the family. I click yes and the text box I got was “Alright... well... I think... yes! We’ll do it! Thanks for the advice. We’re having a baby!” ......... has anyone else had this pop up ????? If so did they end up adding a sim to the family ??
