Remove all your mods/CC and also delete the localthumbcache.package file, then reload game and see if problem still happens.

- @AvaSimsCheer Usually this just means that you have no family played last before leaving the game.
What happens if you try to load a family ?- @crinrict it loads for a little bit then just brings me to the residential worlds. I've tried creating new families too but it just does the same thing

Do you have backups from before the patch ?
