Hi! I have been trying to play sims 4 for at least 2 days now. I have cc and mods but I have always been able to play and launch the game succesfully. Whenever I try to launch it, the game takes me to EA app and I press play on the play button. It closes then takes me back to EA app and has the same blue button where I press play and it takes me back all over again. I've resetted my computer, and repaired all files on my ea app. What can I do? Thanks!
@PyperthePopTart Please test with your Mods folder removed. You don't need to save your progress, but it's important to find out whether the mods and cc are causing this problem.
If you can't launch the game even with the Mods folder removed, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a reply here.
