Sims 4 package files showing as sims2.package

Question

I just uninstalled sims 2 and now I'm trying to download the "stirring the pot" mod by QMBiBi, other files are downloading normally but this mod downloads as a sims2.package file. How can I change these to regular Sims 4 packages? Thanks.

Update all files I download are sims2.package files now.

@liv_84&nbsp;You have .package files associated with the Sims 2. Despite this they will work just fine in the Sims 4 provided of course they are for The Sims 4.
