It's been more than the second night and still no Guidry. I read the Helping Hand has the ability to disable and enable his visits. Any Helping Hand I place on the lot is unresponsive. I've tried debugging the item to no avail. I also read that Guidry may be summoned from a non-huanted lot using the seance table. This hasn't worked either.
You mean Haunted House lot type and after 9:00 PM? I read it of course. ☹️
You talk about summoning Guidry from the table. However the Seance table do not have such an option. Are you using a mod that gives you this functionality? If so that is likely why it is broken. Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then start a new game.game.

Guidry doesn’t show up after 9:00 pm the hand is unresponsive all day and yes, I have an option on medium skill level 5 to summon Guidry. But I don’t have the option to ask the questions from him. He’s just a simple ghost...

Thank you very much for taking time answering me. Possibly the problem was with the saved game. I tried with a new game and here it works as it should.
I was hoping I don’t have to drop my previous game after buying a new pack and was waiting for an update what would help.

I am not sure if you have solved the problem yet but I had this problem and was able to fix it. I removed my saves from the game and copied them into a different folder. I then repaired the game, opened it without the saves. After closing the game I moved my saves back. When I reopened my world, I noticed that the lot I was playing on was residential even though when I downloaded it from the gallery I made sure the lot was a Haunted House Residential, so I changed it and then Guidry turned up two days after and the Helping Hand became responsive. I am not sure which of the things I did fixed it but you can give it a try.

Guys your sim has to be a purple glow talk to the spectrums haunting your house and your medium level mine was 3 and i communicated with the ghosts using the medium table
