Sims 4 Pregnant sims won't have babies on their own anymore! Please Help!

Hello Everyone, I guess this is where you post a question regarding The Sims 4? Iv'e tried The Sims 4 forums but you have to level up to even post, so i'm now here asking for help. So my Sims 4 game...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Okay I deleted localthumbcache.package and deleted all my mods and cc and going to re-install one by one and neatly place mods and cc in their own folders and see how that goes. I will write back whether I was successful or not.
