Ok Hotshot, Game needs no mods; but if you tell me it doesn't need packs, you got to be pulling my leg ;P
anyway, romance isn't my specialty, but it occurs to me this scenario is meant to trigger---err...reflect people who have fought their battles to the death, and lost all control over the situation. Part of the challenge, is doing the otherwise impossible; besides, if it was easy, nobody'd want to do it (just look at "Rags to Riches" scenario, you literally can do it in 2 seconds, if you spam rosebud on the cheat console :P)
@enchantedrose30 - If I'm understanding you correctly, you may not realize they put the Scenario gizmo in a weird place (i didn't recognize this at first either), apparently instead of the logical place as another tab down by the needs/talents/career/etc they choose to put an Flag Icon in the upper left that expands when you click on it (It starts minimized), as for failure conditions, I think the main thing about these scenarios is: As long as you take them on they can be completed at your convince, I believe I read that in the patch notes (someone correct me if i'm wrong there), so as long as you create the household with the scenario active, you can finish it anytime, and generally you can't "Fail" them, short of something that would end the household (like death with no living sims). There are time-limited scenarios (e.g. Too Many Toddlers launched shortly after the concept was unveiled and had 3 toddlers to 1 parent trying to get everyone to 4+ Skill Levels), but there were no "Failure" conditions, assuming the kids didn't age up (which can be disabled, just like a regular save) I'd imagine you could work on it forever. Furthermore, you can actually load scenario households INTO existing save files, for rotational play (and that reminds me I need to search a bug regarding GTW and the new scenarios, I'll do that after I'm done here), anyway hope all this info helps!
