Sims 4 Seasons not working after uninstalling

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Snowy Escape, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On loading screen
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows that Seasons is required when I already bought it previously.
What do you expect to see? I try to run my game it says items have been removed due to missing pack
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Some Backstory : So my Sims 4 started to get laggy and freeze often so I thought to remove all mods in my mods folder only so I could place it back once reinstalled. So, I reinstalled and ran the game without mods and it showed that Seasons was required to run my saves. So I checked on my Sims game if I still had the Seasons Pack and it says I do. However, I checked on Steam and it shows only the option to purchase it and not install it (because I assumed I had to install it seperately). I really don't want to re-purchase Seasons, is there a reason this is happening and is there a solution ? I currently have no mods or cc in my game.
