Sims 4 Shader Lists& possibility of help on getting alpha editable hair to work?

One of the most important things in a game like Sims is the ability to identify and be pleased with your sim as they go out into the world. Customization is a huge part of this, and it feels like Sims 4 offers the ability to really mold the character's body, but leaves hair choices severely lacking. If we cannot have custom hair styles with alpha in the game, it will severely reduce the ability to connect with the characters (especially with less conventional hair choices).
