@GazingFoxxxDo you have MOO off and just place the computer where it automatically snaps to? Did you set the computer on a desk and use an office chair? And you made sure nothing is blocking the chair/area/computer? Is the computer locked? Are the Sim's needs and fun in the green (or at least out of the red)? Does this happen on a different lot and with a different Sim? Do you have Mods/CC on the game? If there is no other reason listed that seems to be stoping the Sim, and if you do have Mods/CC, please try the following (click spoiler tag to open directions):

Move your Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. If the issue is gone, please re-add the Mods/CC one at a time until you find the one causing the issue. If you have a lot of Mods/CC you can try the 50/50 Method. You can do all of this testing without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
Please let us know how it goes, and we can try other things if these things don't help.
