So I tried to log into sims 4 so I could collect my rewards but for some reason when I get to the start, the screen is dim and nothing is able to be interacted with. Attached is a screenshot of my screen at start up to show my issue.
@gamergalj Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove them?
Yeah it did! But when I put them back it had the same problem again-
Hi @gamergalj Your next stop is the Broken/Updated Mods & CC list. For a lot of people, the current list is enough to help them find what's broken or outdated (delete those) and what's got an updated version (delete the old version and replace it with the new one). When you're done, delete the localthumbcache file.
If you still have errors after that or would prefer a different approach, the 50-50 method is efficient for narrowing down broken mods and CC: 50-50
