sims 4 stuck on loading screen after clicking household

every time i click on a household to play them, no matter if I make a new one or play an old one I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. I don't know if this is related but the UI itself is moving...

hi yes i do but i did 50/50 and both halves worked fine and the loading screen wasn't an issue

@tuttifrooty Sounds like you have conflicting mods/cc then.

Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
