SIMS 4 UI glitch

Hello can someone please help me I am having a very annoying sims 4 glitch (I will upload picture). When I get out of a build mode into live mode some icons dissapear and I cannot even press any of UI buttons or even leave the game (the esc doesn't work also). I have zero mods, just the save file I downloaded without any cc. Here is the things I already tried that hasnt helped at all: 1) Removing my mods completely

2) The ea repair function

3) Putting away my sims 4 electronic arts document and letting the program create new one  automatically.

4) Deleting the locaclthumcahce file
