Sims 4: Visit any lot besides my house, shows up empty

Hello! For context, I share an account with two other family members, who play on different computers. They have not had this problem. When playing the Sims 4, I found that I could not visit other houses or buildings beside my own. This includes the bar, library, and other such places, along with houses I did not own. Only my house worked. While at the not working lots, my Sims behaved as if it was empty, playing in the sand and wandering around it when directed. Other buildings showed up, but when I clicked to enter them, the same thing would happen.

I play on a Windows 10 computer, and I do not have any mods or CC.

Here's what I tried:

- Making a new save

- Resetting the game via the troubleshooting method described here

- Loading my family members' game 

None of these did anything. The same thing happened. How do I fix this glitch? I cannot remove my family member's saves.
