Sims 4 will not Open
I tried launching the Sims 4, but it didn't load. It just takes a few seconds then goes to the EA App, saying that I played today. I'm really at a loss and I really miss playing it. It's been a week...

So i did a vanilla test, and I really love my mods, but I really need to delete some. My mods folder is literally 2 GB.
@jinsori_fromloon We've seen much worse! Usually if the game isn't opening because of mods, it's not quantity that's your problem but outdated mods that need updating. Start at the Broken/Updated Mods list. There'll be a new one after the patch that's currently expected tomorrow (to prepare for the Kits launching Thursday), but that link will still go to this really, really long one, and you can always find it in the Mod/CC Issues master post .
When you delete a mod from a Broken list there, make sure to get all it's files. If you update, delete the old versions (they won't always overwrite!) and check installation instructions -- there've been a lot of changes to those recently.
