@Weewee_Unicorn Did you also trash the localthumbcache file after removing the CC? You absolutely must do that each time you remove CC. Did you try it in a clean save too?
You added a batch of CC and the game broke after adding it, therefore the CC is at fault.
Again, there is no limit, some users have thousands of CC items installed without issue, so long as the CC is compatible with the current patch level and doesn't cause any confliction with other CC.
