Sims 4 wont load and gets stuck on blue load up page

My game stopped loading up and gets stuck on the first blue load up page. No spinning sim icon just the blue background pattern. It will just stay on this page and do nothing. I tried loading different EA games and they work fine. I completely un-installed the game and EA app and reinstalled and it's still happening.
