Instructions for doing a 50-50 test to identify broken content are here: 50-50 A handful of known problem files are listed in Broken/Updated Mods & CC , including under previously broken. If every CC file seems broken, you might have an antivirus exception you need to add.
How would I download an antivirus exception? This may be unrelated but while I'm playing I often get last exception notifications from MCCC, but I don't know how to read the reports so I ignore them.
