Sims 4 won't work at all even without mods and cc

(I use a Mac) I was downloading more mods and cc when I went back to origin to start playing and an"End-user agreement" thing popped up. I signed it thinking it was an update or something. Since then my game will not work at all. I can create sims and build lots but when it comes to playing there's no one to play. All my saved games are in the load game section but when I click play there's no one in the world. A sim doesn't even pop up in the play section it's just an all-white avatar. I moved my mods and cc folder out and deleted the localthumbcache file. It still won't work. When I was building, cc didn't have the blue tool in the top left corner. Instead, it had a green happy face and a red mad face, and the options menu was glitched and had ps4 controls like R2 peering through. Once I moved my mods folder out it stopped but the game is still acting the same. I tried creating a sim and playing but when I clicked on a lot this huge long white screen of codes and stuff popped up and there was no way to exit out of it. I have no idea what to do, and im sad because the new expansion pack comes out tomorrow so PLEASE help me!! Also I just noticed a file called "Last crash but when I looked at the info it was from December of 2022. Would that have anything to do with it?
