Why aren't any of my mods or saved worlds showing up?

I get to the folder by going to documents -> electronic arts -> the sims 4
Is this it?
@Dummy_Anika The saves all look fine: some have recent dates, and they're named correctly. Just to make sure I'm not missing anything, when you look at the Sims 4 folder the game is reading, is it exactly this?
C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
And is the full file path to your saves folder the same? I know you're opening Documents > Electronic Arts, but just in case Windows is redirecting you to a different folder, please right-click on the saves folder, select Properties, and look for the location under General.
If the file paths match exactly and yet your saves still don't load in-game, please move the entire saves folder to the desktop, load the game, start a new save (no need to spend much time on it; this is just for testing), save your progress, quit, restart your computer, and reload the game to see whether the save is available.
