(sims 4)deleted mods still appearing, cant install new ones, saves not appearing

@yuulfuji A few things here:

Make sure OneDrive is completely disconnected from Sims 4 -- or outright uninstalled -- before you do next steps. See https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Sims-4-saves-user-content-disappearing-PC/td-p/12475370

Now use this to find the exact filepath for the folder that the game is seeing: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ Look for other "Mods" folders you might have.
