Sims aging up with skin details

@kuunce   Hi!  Please try removing all Mods/CC from your Mods folder and creating a new save to test .  You can move your Mods folder to your desktop while testing and the game will create a fresh one when you launch the game again.  Please also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.

If the issue is not occurring in a brand new save with no Mods/CC, it could mean that your current save is corrupted.  You might try going back into the save without any Mods/CC and deleting that cache file again before launching.  If the problem still occurs then it's likely the save is corrupted.

@JonaO703 Hi, I will try that. Although I pretty much did except for hairs.

Would it still be a corrupted save issue if it's happening in all saves? I did a fresh install and started a new save and the issue kept occurring.

@kuunce   If your sims are aging up with CC, that can only mean that you have CC in your Mods folder.  I'm not sure what you mean by fresh install though.  Did you completely uninstall the game and then reinstall it?
