Sims and lot are completely black

My game is extremely broken right now. I have tried everything. I've repaired my game and re-launched it: nothing. I've removed mods from the folder and re-launched it: nothing. I've taken the entire sims 4 folder out and put it on my desktop: nothing except for when I went into CAS, the black glitch showed up there too (it did not before). This glitch appeared after I installed a few mods, so I removed them and repaired game but it did nothing. Now, I'm not even using the same save file and just starting from scratch like the game is untouched and it's STILL showing up. I have no idea what to do to fix this.
