Sims are missing top row of teeth

Some of my sims don't have visible top teeth. When they open their mouths, I can see the bottom teeth, but I cannot see any top teeth. This happens when I use base game teeth and cc teeth. I recently got cc teeth and the "missing top teeth" problem is still happening. I have been having this issue for months. I have included a picture of one of my sims. What can I do to fix this problem?

@nwa_ada Have you tested with no CC? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
