Sims are not Aging - Sims 4

My Sims are not auto-aging. The setting for Auto Age (Played Sims): is set to Yes, lifespan Normal. Auto Age (Unplayed Sims): is also selected.

I have all the add-on content (except the CAS kits). I do have the Growing Together pack installed. 

I don't have ANY mods or CC currently installed. 

I recently switched to playing on a new computer. I have not played for long on the new computer and only noticed that auto-aging wasn't happening when my Sim had a baby and then I realized that the teen hadn't aged up either and the bar isn't filling like anyone is aging and there are no birthdays in the calendar. 

I tried the suggestion from a previous thread of backing up my saves and repairing the game. After I repaired the game I started a new save and  there still weren't any listed birthdays. I deleted that save and repaired again, I started a new save, this time with a Young Adult, a Child, and an Infant and the birthdays showed up. However, when I loaded my saves back into my game, the birthdays are still not showing up. 

Please help, I'm trying my first legacy challenge and it kind of defeats the point if I have to auto-age the Sims myself via birthday cake.
