Do you use any mods or CC in your game currently? Could you also attach some screenshots of your Sims please so we can take a look?
yes i do have quite a bit of cc and sure! would you want the screenshots from in live mode or cas?
Community ManagerScreenshots from both would be helpful please! However it sounds like it may be an issue with outdated or corrupt CC, so let's try this-
Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
