i am having the exact same issue. i even bulldozed the EA built house and bought a new one, and it is still happening. i have No Mods in my game or Cc. I wish i knew how to fix it i can't even page up or down on the floors at all.
@luckygirrl Does this happen only on that lot or on all lots?
