@jackiepc2005 This is most often a mods issue. Start with a check through the Broken/Updated Mods lists and make sure to delete localthumbcache each time you change what's in the folder. And rather than just removing mods one by one (and custom content!), pull them all out, delete localthumbcache, and test in batches: 50-50
Hi, so I tried deleting localthumbcache that did not work. But I also tested the game without any cc or mods and my sims could interact with their infant. So it is probably my cc it's just that I have a lot of it to go through and figure out which one is the problem.

@jackiepc2005 One cause can often be that complex gameplay mods aren't installed right - they're missing files - so check installation requirements for those as well.
