    UPD: The issue was resolved with the next game update.

@Katarina-eva Same question: To be sure, you also tested a new save ? I can't duplicate this issue.

    Hello, Crin!

    Yes, I moved out the whole The Sims 4 folder, started a new game, and it gave me the same issue.

      @Katarina-eva Does it happen for any skill book you tried ? I tried acting which worked fine, even when I try on your pack combination.

        Yes, it happened for every skill book and for different families. 

        I'll try to install the latest update and check if the issue reproduces. Maybe the was a installation glitch or something.
