Sims cant talk

Hello!

My problem is that i can click on sims but the interactions have disapeared, only like the gift giving stuff and carees/hired related stuff shows up.

Some mod interactions are there as well.

I have mods installed so i was wondering if anyone knows which mods are causing this. Or if anyone else has these issues and its just a glitch in the game.

English isnt my mother tongue.
