Sims cant woohoo or try for baby after sexual orientation update

Sims cant woohoo or try for baby at all. The only option is to ask about their orientation. the woohoo orientation wont change from "no one" even though ive set for them to woohoo with others and for them to be able to reproduce. I wanted some of my sims to have a baby together and they wont even woohoo. I have only custom content in my game and script mods turned off.
