sims cc folder deleted itself

So I downloaded some cc and I added it to the electronic arts -> sims4 -> content folder then closed the files app, opened the sims, and then my cc didn't show up? so I then exited the sims and opene...

i always put it in the content folder and i put different mods in the mods folder, and it always worked? which is why i did it. but thanks

Your mods would indeed work in the mods folder and if you move your CC to the mods folder they will start working as well.
