Sims constantly washing hands/sleeping

Hey everyone! This is definitely a mod issue but one I can’t seem to fix. My sims will wash hands their hands constantly like a loop. They’ll wash them over and over again till I tell them to stop. I took all of my mods out and the issue left. So I slowly started to add them back. I narrowed it down to 10 mods then I kept narrowing down till I got to two. Well I put the two mods in separately each and the issue went away no washing hands anymore. So I have no clue what’s causing it now. I can’t put them in separately cause the issue comes out of nowhere.
Another update now they want to sleep even if their bar is fully green. I have no clue what’s going on.
