[Sims] December Patch Issues

I get the messages saying "**** and I are having a baby!" But with the MCC Mod, it shows they aren't pregnant, or have any kids. Then I get the message "Come meet our baby!" And when I accept, there is no baby and the couple never had a baby at all.
