Sims disappearing completly

I downloaded some sims from the gallery and when I place them into my game, it glitches out when I go to play them. The household face icons don’t show up at the bottom when in live mode nor does it show up at the bottom left of my screen. My sims also automatically age up even though it’s not their birthdays. 

I tried:

Creating a new save file (same things happen every time)

Deleting all of my sims 4 files on my PC and re-downloading everything again

Removing all of my script mods completely that includes cc

Updated my PC

Nothing has changed and I’m still having the same problems. I didn’t start having these problems until the last Sims 4 update, which was about a day or two ago?

Does anyone know how to fix this bug?
