Sims don't go to work

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.129.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When it's sim's time to go to work click go to work [if bug or glitch doesnt happen to your game then its fine]
What happens when the bug occurs? im really having a problem with my Sims 4 game. My sims were able to go to work before but then when theyre about to go to work. there will be a popup saying 'Miss Work'? and at the bottom of the text saying. *Sim's name* is already at work. his/her boss wouldnt think of him/her well at skipping work bla bla. so even tho i clicked no or yes they still wont go to work and same popup shows up. when i clicked yes or no my sim is like saying that theres something blocking their way but it isnt. i tried my sim to go outside and go to work and still doesnt work. Pls help me it will be so helpful if you help me. Thank You!
