Sims energy need always filling up and hygiene always going down at 3x speed

I just got this glitch too, I *think* I might have a work around. I don't know if you play on PC or not but I went into manage worlds, moved the sim into a new household, marked as unplayed then used MCC to add to family and it looks like her needs are back to normal! If you don't have MCC maybe just moving, marking as unplayed, going back into the household, then going back and adding the Sims may work?
