Sims frozen on specific lot

I play a generational style game and have been noticing this house specifically (the caliente’s lot- sultry springside) seems to be the only one having this issue. As soon as I load into the household the sims will go to do whatever action they’ve queued up, and then freeze in place. Using the debug reset option doesn’t do anything. As this is only happening in the one house I thought maybe some cc in the house is causing the issue, but the only cc is some rugs and i’ve used those in dozens of other builds. As soon as they leave the lot they can do whatever they want. I don’t want to demolish the house or move them out as a “solution” because the house has been in their family for almost 7 generations now. I’ve cleared my cashe and repaired my game multiple times since noticing this a few months ago, just getting annoyed with not being able to play this family.
