Sims glitch

None of my sims can have their first kiss or ask other sims to be their boyfriend/girlfriend even when their friendship bar and romance bar is maxed out.

@1812045 Did you test without mods/cc to make sure it's not a mod issue ?

@1812045 Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

Do you have the option to ask them about their sexual preferences and if so, did you do that ? Do you have other romance interactions ?

Yes I do have mods and cc in my game.
Yes I asked about sexual preferences no it did not work.
Yes I have other romance interactions.
