Sims household icon bug?

Okay, so, to begin with - I do have mods and cc installed. 

I have most packs. 

This happens every single time. 

And this only started 2-3 weeks ago. 

Whenever I load a household with 2 or more sims, I switch from the sim I load in on (usually the eldest), when I do this, the character icon, whims etc of sim2 stay the same as sim1, sometimes removing the background of sim1/2s character icon. 

I deleted collum mod as thats usually the issue, but it didn't help. Im using the second latest version, about to download the patch so ill update on that, I don't know how to stop it. 

EDIT: im currently trying to update the game to newest vers but I had to resyaty the pc.
